The product is absolutely safe for humans and it does not leave any residue on the fruit surface. The texture, aroma and taste of the fruit will remain the same as compared to the fruits ripened naturally. The product pioneered by Ajay Air,a specialty gas company who introduced affordable ethylene gas based ripening solutions in India and is also the sole manufacturer of Ethylene gas.
HOW TO USE:-
Fruit is in enclosed (gas tight room/chamber) so that physical damage to fruit is not there. The room/chamber dictate the amount of gas ethylene whose concentration is 0.01% (100ppm) such as room/ chamber is of size 10x10x10 feet volume just need 2.7 litter for gas (one can). This volume is sufficient to store 2000kg to 6000kg of fruits (mango, banana, papaya) for ripening. The time of ripening process to complete the entire quantity is 24-48 hours (depends on the fruit quality).
CAUTION:-
This can is pressurized keep in a cool place away from health or sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50° c do not puncture or burn can even when empty. Do not spray near flame or any incandescent material. Do not spray near eyes or face or on broken/irrtated skin. Avoid direct, inhalation if taken internally.Keep out of reach of children. Dose not contain cfc.
WARNING:
Ethylene gas is very flammable, keep it away from flame.
FIRST AID MASSEUR:
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give artificial respiration.
Skin: Warm frostbite areas gently with running cold water. In case of no response rinse with plenty of water of shower.
Eyes: When contact with liquid or compressed gas. immediately gentle iritation of the affected eye with plenty of water for serval minutes. Obtain medical attention.
